WE AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM BETWEEN US MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN TWO (2) YEARS OF THE EVENT(S) GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

Please note all of the parks have their own terms and conditions as mentioned on their respective websites. The offer on our parks is Buy any park or adventure for Aed 1 subject to a minimum spend with Vet Veterinary Clinic LLC  ( applicable online) . For validity of parks, please refer to the tickets once issued.

Please note park tickets will be issued within 5-7 working days form the order completion date. Kindly allow for our team to deliver the items, and change the status to "COMPLETED" , post which the ticket will be mailed to you electronically.

14. Pet Grooming

 1)  Appointments can be booked through our website, app, or by contacting our customer support.

 2)  Customers are requested to provide accurate information regarding their pet’s breed, size, coat condition, and temperament.

 3)  Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or cancellation of the appointment.

 4) For mobile grooming, ensure access to water, electricity, and a safe parking area.

 5) We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, staff illness, etc.), with advance notice whenever possible.

6) Due to heavy traffic in some areas of Dubai during peak hours, our groomer may experience delays. We kindly ask for a 30-minute buffer time around the scheduled appointment.

7) Grooming results may vary depending on your pet’s coat condition, health, and temperament.

8) Pet owners must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, behavioral issues, or aggressive tendencies before the service.

9) We reserve the right to refuse grooming if the pet poses a safety risk to our groomers or other pets.

10) Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, etc.). Proof of vaccination may be requested.

11) In case of any health emergency during grooming, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner immediately and, if necessary, seek veterinary assistance at the owner’s expense.

12) We are not liable for minor nicks, scratches, or irritations that may occur due to matting, poor coat condition, or sudden pet movement.

13) Prices vary based on the pet’s size, breed, and coat condition.

14) Promotional discounts or offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

15) We are not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions, allergic reactions, or health complications arising during or after grooming.

16) Owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior before, during, and after the service.

17) We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who behaves inappropriately, uses abusive language, or fails to comply with safety instructions.
