1)     VET Veterinary Clinic Deliveries


At VET Veterinary Clinic, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and flexible delivery options. The best part is we deliver ALL OVER THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (UAE).  Please review the following important terms to ensure a smooth experience.

 

⚡ 60-Minute Delivery

 

* Available from our two VET Veterinary Clinic locations in Dubai.

* Delivery within 60 minutes (subject to location proximity)

* Fee: AED 25 per delivery

* Only items available in-store are eligible

 

⚠️ Important:

Delivery timing is subject to:

* Rider availability

* Road conditions

* Weather (especially summer conditions)

* Occasional stock changes

 

📦 Standard & Express Deliveries

 

* FREE Standard Delivery (Dubai): 1–3 working days (minimum order AED 99)

* Next-Day Delivery (Dubai): AED 100 Extra
 

* Standard Delivery (Other Emirates) 1–3 working days (Min order AED 99)

: AED 25 Extra

 

If no delivery option is selected, standard delivery will apply automatically.

 The following items require special handling and are not eligible for same-day delivery:

⚠️ ***Live Stock Delivery Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure the highest standards of care, we do not encourage delivery of live animals due to the sensitive nature of transport.

All live stock deliveries are undertaken at the customer’s sole risk
VET Veterinary Clinic will not be held responsible for any mortality, health issues, or stress-related conditions that may occur during or after delivery
External factors such as temperature, handling, and transit conditions can impact the wellbeing of live animals

We strongly encourage customers to visit our stores and personally select and collect livestock, ensuring the best possible care and suitability for your home environment.

2)     📦 Order Processing


* Orders are processed by our back-office team

* A confirmation email will be sent after placing your order

* You must confirm your order by replying to the email

* Orders are prepared within 1 hour of confirmation

 

Delivery Scheduling:

  * Order timing

  * Product category

* Real-time tracking is not available currently

4)     🚨 Delivery Issues


If you experience:

5)     🎁 Discounts & Promotions


* Only one discount applies per order (best value chosen automatically)

* Minimum order value and or minimum quantity for discounts will apply.

* Sale items are:

 

  * Limited stock

  * First come, first serve

  * Not guaranteed

 

Out-of-Stock Items:

* Customers will be offered a wallet refund (preferred option)

* Wallet funds can be reused + earn rewards for future purchases

2. Credit or Debit Card Payment

* All orders must be prepaid before delivery
 

3. Payment Links

* Available in the event we encounter website or server challenges

 
4. Tabby/Tamara (Installments)

* 3–4 installment options available

* Minimum spend: AED 199 + VAT

* Approval depends on third-party credit evaluation

* VET Veterinary Clinic has no control over approval limits

* Delivery timelines are based on working days only

* Shipping fees and minimum order values may change

* Promotions may temporarily modify terms

9)     🔄 Out of Stock & Substitution Policy

In the event that an item in your order is out of stock, our team will promptly suggest a suitable substitute.

To ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience:

Customers will be notified via multiple communication channels, including:

✔ Email
✔ WhatsApp
Customers are requested to confirm or reject the substitute within 10 minutes of receiving the notification.
⏳ Important:
If no response is received within this 10-minute window:

The entire order will be placed on hold until confirmation is received
This may result in delays to your delivery timeline
